We stayed here for 2 nights. Central for the city and Forest National (we were attending Sam Fender concert). 20/30 minute either way. Hotel was clean, comfortable. The staff approachable and friendly. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Cant wait to come back.

I can't say much about the hotel as I didn't get to visit it. I had a car crash on the way there and when I told them I can't make it and need to cancel they still took the entire sim as per their 'term' that I agreed to. then they advised me to just claim it back on my insurance... so probably a great hotel but with rude and inhumane staff/policy

This is a brilliant little hotel, very well located and with comfortable well appointed rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and will provide you with all the information you need. The breakfast looks ordinary but was outstanding and in particular the smoked ham and freshly baked hot apple pastries were wonderful. I had to go back for seconds! The area is within easy walking or public transport distance from Gare du midi/sud. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and there is even an improvisation theatre just up the road. The brilliant Bar Dekkera is just 10 minutes walk away.

We had two rooms booked for three nights and the hotel was perfectly located to enjoy both Brussels and to travel further afield to enjoy all the festive spirit Belgium has to offer. We received a warm welcome on arrival and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. The beds were excellent and the road is very quiet. Therefore, we all enjoyed three nights of great sleep. The builder is older and so there is a lack of sockets for electrical and planning for this (perhaps with multi-USB adapters) is recommended. Wifi was glitchy and is an area for improvement. Breakfast was excellent. However, the breakfast room is small and this made it feel a litttle claustrophobic. I think making more of the lounge would be beneficial on busy days. The lounge area was cosy and pleasant for a relaxing drink after a busy day. Prices were treating fair. The service across the hotel is a major selling point. All staff we met were great ambassadors. I would happily recommend the hotel and would book again for a simple, but comfortable short break.

Excellent value for money however, a few points to note: Desk area has no plug sockets as used up for the tv. Also, if you book a taxi please make sure you are downstairs as staff do not ring the room.

It’s a cozi hotel 3 stars rating but it convenient and very good for business trips, clean, stuff are so nice and polite. Rooms is nice with private toilet. 15 mins walk from Bruxelles midi station and easily access to pupils transportation. Recommend

We were supposed to stay three nights here, but missed flights and slept at airport. Disaster! But communication with hotel is always quick and polite. When we arrived, Manuela (who is a wonderful nice person) had kept breakfast for us. This is typical of the kindness of the staff here. The hotel is in a nice area, lovely art nouveau houses, not far from railway station. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a kettle in the room, as well as fridge.

Friendly hotel on the outskirts of Brussels, ideal for being close to Forest National (bus and tram nearby and about ten minutes from the city center) Friendly and smiling welcome, large comfortable room (storage, mini fridge), large bathroom. A few small refreshments to the decor to be expected however. Good breakfast with a wide choice of products. Ideal stopover to visit the Belgian capital!
