"We had two rooms booked for three nights and the hotel was perfectly located to enjoy both Brussels and to travel further afield to enjoy all the festive spirit Belgium has to offer. We received a warm welcome on arrival and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. The beds were excellent and the road is very quiet. Therefore, we all enjoyed three nights of great sleep. The builder is older and so there is a lack of sockets for electrical and planning for this (perhaps with multi-USB adapters) is recommended. Wifi was glitchy and is an area for improvement. Breakfast was excellent. However, the breakfast room is small and this made it feel a litttle claustrophobic. I think making more of the lounge would be beneficial on busy days. The lounge area was cosy and pleasant for a relaxing drink after a busy day. Prices were treating fair. The service across the hotel is a major selling point. All staff we met were great ambassadors. I would happily recommend the hotel and would book again for a simple, but comfortable short break."
