We stayed in the newly renovated building of the hotel. There's no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up. The hotel environment is very nice, and the kitchen has basic facilities. It's very clean. However, the staff's service needs improvement.

Great location, really central and handy for Fort William. There's a big car park just few minutes away which does overnight parking for a tenner for 24 hours.

Nice staff we checked in at 18:00. Parking space is quite limited we have to wait for half an hour to get the parking space. The room is great small but enough. There are some restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient location in the tourist center with restaurants, souvenirs shops and supermarkets nearby. However, the car park on the ground level was insufficient and we needed to park on the slope which were quite difficult. As compared with the hotel charges, the price performance ratio was not that good.
