"I go to this hotel for hiking in Ben Nevis. This hotel is not far away, just 15 mins car drive. The hotel is clean and the bathroom with good supply with hot water. View from the window is beautiful. For the price which have 2 tasty dinners and buffet breakfast is good deal. Also, live band at night is also enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The hotel is an old building, very tasteful, whether it is going to Fort William or returning to Edinburgh from Paradise Island, you can choose to rest here. Good service, facilities match the old building and three-star standards. It is said that along the road in front of the hotel, there is a small town with more seafood. I didn't go this time due to time. It is very close to the three sister peaks and it takes only 20 minutes to drive there. It was good to taste breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant."

"When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it!
Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!"

"The hotel's biggest advantage in Fort William is its location. Just turn right from the train station and it's about a five-minute walk away. There's no uphill walk at all, and the road is flat, making it very convenient for those with luggage. We didn't have breakfast, but the hotel's facilities are decent. There's a large supermarket just down the road from the train station, with self-service laundry facilities nearby."

"This is the most expensive one I have ever lived in the UK but the smallest one. The price is too low and the check-in procedures are the most cumbersome. But the hotel is very beautiful, the location is good, the aunt who serves is very warm, the breakfast room is amazing, and the breakfast quality is very good."

"Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests."

"Really great Hotel. Cheapest around as well so don’t really get when people book cheap hotels and complain that it’s not 5* 😂. Location is amazing. The Loch is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. Food is really good although a wee bit expensive but still good sized portions."

However, the car park on the ground level was insufficient and we needed to park on the slope which were quite difficult. As compared with the hotel charges, the price performance ratio was not that good."
