I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel and would never stay there again. Old and noisy and at the top of steep hill. We had an "ensuited" room, but our ensuite was across the hall and required a separate key. The ensuite was modern and clean. Like most old places, it was difficult to negotiate stairs with a suitcase. The beds weren't comfortable, and the pillows were old. The staff were friendly, and we had washing done at a reasonable rate. The photos on the website make the rooms look better than they are. They were very drab and needed a major do-over. There is no way this is first class accommodation.

My friend booked me to this lodge the guy at desk was very helpful I could leave my bags till check in my room was small but okay for one night was told they don't do breakfast which I was surprised at the bed was comfortable and I slept well .book out was 10.00 I asked for a taxi none wasn't available but the guy at desk took me to the bus station in his car so that was great all in all would stay again and not bad for over £70.00 for the room

We had the third floor room with a view of the ocean and the train coming in. We slept great and everything was fine. Nice large room too and friendly staff.

We made a last minute booking for this hotel as were let down by another local hotel the day before arrival. We had a great stay here. Accommodation was simple but clean and had everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

If you book this hotel directly ceck the booking a few days before you arrive. When my sons and I arrived the booking appeared to be canceled without our knowledge and certainly not on our request. Fortunately we found an other hotel with a vacancy near OBan (quite a long drive in the evening, much more expensive and to late to have dinner).

🙂 Excellent location, cleanliness levels high, comfortable beds, all staff friendly and helpful, good value for money - would definitely recommend if in this area. Central. Free parking 1800-0800 overnight and for 30 minutes during day 🙁 Nil

Fantastic stay, perfect location, the staff here are super helpful and friendly. My twin room is spacious and cozy , clean as a whistle as well . Ask for room 5, look out the window & you’ll thank me later. I also had my laundry done which was an added bonus. I highly recommend a stay here.
