Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel! Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption durch Frau Irene und Herrn Marco. Das Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend !Wir haben auch das Dinner getestet, welches absolut empfehlenswert ist! Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent. Die langjährige Erfahrung ist spürbar und wird an den jungen Kollegen Samuele weitergegeben! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un fine settimana. Ero un po' timorosa viste le recensioni non molto positive, ma posso dire di essere rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa! Accoglienza, colazione e disponibilità del personale...tutto positivo! non sono solita scrivere recensioni ma in questo caso meritava fare un'eccezione. Consigliato :)

Da 4 stelle c'è solo il prezzo Camera minuscola, letto con coperta di lana che penso avesse almeno 30 anni e che oltretutto non vedevo in un hotel da almeno 20 anni Bagno con rubinetteria rotta e doccia dove faticavi ad entrare Pulizia insufficiente Colazione mediocre Non lo consiglio

Séjour de 4 jours en basse saison l'hôtel était quasiment vide et très très calme. Les chambres sont très confortables et l'ensemble de l'hôtel est également de bon goût. Joli jardin, plage privée (théoriquement payante) à cinq minutes, quartier chic et calme. Nous n'avons pas testé les repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel et plus particulièrement les personnes qui étaient à l'accueil et qui nous ont aidés avec beaucoup d'efficacité et toujours le sourire à régler un problème de bagage perdu. En résumé on s'y sent bien et on gardera le souvenir d'un excellent séjour loin de la foule (c'est sûrement différent en été). Pises Lucques et Carrare sont à deux pas et facilement accessibles en train.

Per la terza volta abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e possiamo ribadire che tutto era perfetto: accoglienza, disponibilità, ristorazione, camera e pulizia. Sono stati dieci giorni bellissimi, apprezzando specialmente la gentilezza di tutto il personale, ben gestito dal dir. signor Paolo: ci ritorneremo sicuramente ! Da non dimenticare e sottovalutare la comodità di poter pranzare nel loro accogliente bagno (Marzia) , serviti dai mitici Michele, Tito e Rolando, sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, come pure il bagnino Daniele. Grazie e un saluto dal Ticino da Gabriella e Claudio

4 stelle li vale solo per la posizione, in quanto rimane vicino al centro e a 200mt dalla Capannina, quindi vicino al marea 300mt, nulla più. Struttura vecchia, rimasta con arredamento anni 70. Non so come abbiano dato 4 stelle ad una struttura così vintage, nessun ammodernamento delle camere e agli interni in generale, sembra una casa anziani e il prezzo però è da 4 stelle veramente tipo 250/notte minimo per una camera 12m² senza vista mare e senza balcone. Spero possa essere di aiuto per chi vorrebbe alloggiare lì. Io non ci tornerò di sicuro. Non per ultimo colazione da 2 stelle con ingredienti di bassa qualità con prosciutto discount ecc. Secondo giorno colazione fatta al bar e non in hotel: Non aggiungo altro.

Hôtel bien situé à côté des plages privée. Par contre, le personnel est très peu aimable et malhonnête. Après avoir laissé notre clé de voiture à la réception sur demande, pour la gestion du parking privé, nous retrouvons notre voiture accidentée. Nous devons batailler pour avoir une preuve écrite de leur responsabilité, puis une fois partis plus jamais eu de nouvelles d’eux… À fuir
