Julia Benites was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, always checking in and offering support. Her warmth and professionalism made a big difference, and I truly appreciated her care. We also loved My Mabu, and the hotel was great—everything was comfortable and well-organized, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Algunos personales amables, otros no, hablan español también, las instalaciones y atracciones están muy bien cuidadas y son lindas, tienen mucha variedad en cuanto a comida y juegos, diversión para todas las edades, en cuanto al precio, es muy elevado, lo que en otros hoteles podrías gastar en 1 semana en my mabu lo gastas en 2 días (sin incluir consumo personal).

Passei 3 dias no My Mabu e se pudesse, tinha ficado mais. Excelente experiência desde o início até o fim. Equipe super simpática, competente, preocupada em oferecer todo o suporte necessário para absolutamente tudo. Pegamos o regime somente com o café da manhã incluso para termos mais liberdade nas outras refeições. A hospedagem dá direito a acesso ao Blue Park, cheio de opções tanto para crianças quanto adultos. Preços dos lanches, bebidas e outros custos super justos. Quartos ótimos, com cama e sofá- cama confortáveis, serviço de quarto muito eficiente. Com certeza vou voltar!

Infraestrutura excelente, apartamento espaçoso, confortável, comida deliciosa, hotel cheiroso, academia bem equipada, parque muito lindo, bem arborizado amei, funcionários bem educados, Angélica e Ana Paula ficaram responsáveis pela limpeza do apto, muito caprichosas e educadas. Super recomendo.
