The room was very unhygienic. There was garbage under the bed. The hot water for showering was heated by an electric water heater, but the front desk did not inform us when we checked in. As a result, the child was showered with cold water halfway through. We asked the so-called duty manager (security guard) to solve the problem. He said he would give us a dirty room to shower. We did not agree. The duty manager said he had a solution. If you want to complain, go ahead. Please choose carefully.
