前廳dylan服務非常熱情周到，酒店的房間挺不錯的，寬敞舒適，整體環境都挺不錯的，酒店還有小童樂園，是個帶娃的好去處。白天去雙林寺動物園逛，晚上泡温泉。

房間特別乾淨整潔，一進去就感覺很舒服，床品柔軟親膚，睡得特別香。衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水充足，洗漱用品的品質也挺好。早上的早餐種類很豐富，中西式都有，味道也很贊。退房時前台leslie還主動詢問入住體驗，特別貼心。

酒店服務特別好，服務很熱情，連續住了三天，泡了三天温泉。過年期間管家還送我們遊樂場的門票。每個服務員都態度很好。在酒店吃年夜飯還中獎了。

Chambre confortable. Balcon vue sur la colline. Grande salle de bain. Shampoing et savon dans petits tubes. Pas de machine à laver et le pressing demande 2 jours. Pas de fer à repasser. Frigo pas froid du tout. Mieux vaut acheter sa bière fraîche au 3ème étage boutique. Petit déjeuner pas varié mais généreux. Pas de café noir mais du café au lait. Un endroit pour famille avec petits enfants. Accès aux hot spring payant. Hic la musique forte venant du hot spring Park. Et peu d’acoustique avec le couloir. Restaurant à côté de l’hôtel un délice ! Prix raisonnables. Bon plats restaurant du soir dans hôtel. Bof pour repas commander à l’extérieur. Réception très avenante.
