Really very bad
I checked in in the afternoon, put my suitcase in there and went out.
When I came back at night, I found that the quilt had curled hair. I called the front desk and the aunt came to change it. When she came in, her face was very smelly. She only changed the sheets but not the quilt cover and pillowcase. The aunt came in and took a look. The hair was thrown on the floor. Only one of the double beds I ordered was changed, and only the mattress was changed. The child was going to sleep, so she didn't call again. Later, I turned over the other bed.
