Li Yucang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and informed us of many things. He also cared about our stay experience during our stay, which was really heartwarming. The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient.
The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. It seems that only this hotel in the town requires face scanning for skiing, and you have to take off your glasses and masks, which is very inconvenient. If you want to ski, I recommend other hotels in the town.

I chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. This hotel is very close to the Xipo Distribution Center, and it is very convenient to walk there. There is also breakfast, which is enough. Before I went up the mountain, I asked the hotel staff to fill half a bottle of hot water for me, and I filled it up directly. . Enough water for the whole journey.

Came to Changbai Mountain for the New Year and stayed for five days. This was actually my second time staying here. The first time I left in a hurry due to the epidemic. This time I just wanted to have fun. I like the decoration style of this hotel. It's very warm. The bedding is very clean. The aunties and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The two dogs are so cute. Every night we go to the snow next to play with fireworks, which makes the children from the south very happy. I may choose this place again if I come to play again👍

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

The key was to eat, drink and stroll around on a street next to the hotel, and the mood was good! After getting familiar with it, you will know how to get to the ski resort by yourself, and you don’t have to wait for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will go around and you can walk closer by yourself.
The hotel staff was also very good! The girl who met me was a girl named Anne, who was very easy to talk to! It was also fun to introduce us to the iron pot stew in the village. After all, we don’t have much chance to go to the village, so we can also experience eating iron pot stew on the kang in the village!
The only thing that needs to be improved is that the floor at the entrance of the hotel has been very dirty since the day I checked in. I also know that too many people come and go in the snow, and the floor tiles are easily dirty, but the floor at the entrance of the hotel is like a storefront, which still needs to be improved. You can lay a carpet, which is much better than the dirty floor that the first time you come to your hotel is facing, right?
Because our B building front desk lobby itself is not spacious enough, coupled with the dirty floor, it will seem that the inside of the hotel is not as good as the outside. This is the only thing I think needs to be improved

The fly in the ointment is that the tourists next door get up in the morning and call for friends in the corridor, disturbing the rest of other guests. The breakfast needs to increase the supply of varieties. Some guests need bread and milk, but they are not provided. However, for seasonal tourist hotels, it is not easy to persist. Overall satisfaction, the price and location are quite reasonable. After all, it takes two or three minutes to walk to the Tourist Distribution Center to take a bus tour of Changbai Mountain.
What needs to be complained is that the bus into the mountain drives very slowly, and it takes three hours to drive back and forth, which is drowsy.

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. On the left side of the gate is the customer service center, on the right side is a local restaurant that eats iron pot stew, and the entrance to the accommodation. If you have luggage, you need to drag it for a while. The overall scenery is okay, but the hotel room is completely warm. The disadvantage is that the room is okay. The hall is hollow and there is no floor heating. The whole process relies on a hot hair dryer. It is very cold at night and I cannot stay in the hall. And there is a very strange thing. At night, when I open the quilt in the room on the second floor, there is a puddle of water. , I was a little frightened and couldn’t figure out the reason. Fortunately, it was a suite with two rooms. I ended up sleeping on the first floor. It was okay to stay for one night and experience it. Breakfast was steamed buns and eggs. After staying, I took photos and left.
