This is a hotel I want to come back to for a second time! This hotel is newer and has better facilities than the other hotel in Erdaobaihe. The staff inside are very warm and considerate! The young lady at the front desk, Jin Hui, also helped us plan our travel itinerary! The planned itinerary is super rich! And the price is also cheap and affordable, allowing us to experience many projects, such as rafting in Changbai Mountain, horse-drawn sledges, and snowmobiles! So fulfilling! And there are ponies and deer to feed in the hotel! Awesome! Sister Amy was also very enthusiastic. We wanted to take photos of deer and ponies. Sister Amy also helped us cut carrots (we fed them three times a day). Every time, Sister Amy helped cut carrots and introduced us to the habits of deer and ponies. And little stories! The hotel has a great location, right outside the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, good front desk service, and upgraded us to a family room when we saw we were with a 6-year-old child. The thoughtful and detailed service is a thumbs up. The breakfast is very good, with dozens of dishes such as milk coffee and soy milk. The children don't like to eat early, so the hotel manager specially arranged for the kitchen to make egg cakes for the children! I will choose this hotel again next time I travel!

We also did ice fishing at the hotel, which was very cost-effective and cheap. We went to Luneng and Wanda, where the price was $198 per person, while Tianyu was $218 for a two-person tent.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

The hotel is located at the entrance of the West Scenic Area distribution point. It is very convenient to go up the mountain by car. There is a snowman array at the door, which is so cute. The interior decoration of the hotel is atmospheric and approachable. The room of about 30 square meters is large and comfortable, especially the food in the hotel. You get what you pay for, and the portion is so big that two people can't finish two dishes and one soup. I feel that one dish, one soup, and two bowls of rice are enough. A sip of the hotel's mineral water is much sweeter than a certain mountain spring, clean and It tastes good. The toilet is well separated from wet and dry, but there is a slight problem with the power supply. When the hair dryer and air conditioner are turned on, the light will flicker a little. I guess it is in the mountains, and power supply must be a common problem. The few stir-fry dishes for breakfast are really good. It was so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take a photo, so I made the CD several times. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us book tickets for rafting and mountain climbing. She also promptly informed us of the opening of Tianchi and helped us simply plan alternative plans. It's a pity that the mountain was blocked by heavy snow and I couldn't go up to see Tianchi. I will stay in this hotel next time I come.

The hotel is at the highest point of the resort, with a very good view. The room upgrade was confirmed before check-in. You can see Changbai Mountain from the bed in the executive room. The room service is very timely and in place. Li Yaokai, Gu Yunfei, Miao Huiyun, Hu Yuxin and several other staff members are enthusiastic and responsive. Any questions can be answered satisfactorily. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will choose MGallery again.
