First room I was allocated had another guest in-awkward… apart from that was an ok stay… probably would try another hotel next time though

The clerk at the front desk (Yalka?) gave me a hard time about my name. Told me I could not be the person who made the booking after I gave him my name. I gave him my real ID and he handed it back to me and told me to get my partner that made the reservation. He couldn’t have looked at my ID. I had to say something to him about not misgendering people, but he seemed unapologetic when we forced him to actually look at my ID. People get confused by my name but never accused me of fraud. Felt like gender related bullying. I would not go back.

Close to Oaks mall for shopping and dining options. Good breakfast and 24 hr coffee at the reception. Only concern I had is that hotel is too close to the interstate 75 but I did not hear any traffic noise during the night.

So we got here and checked in got the keys i went took all the luggage up and the key did not work so i went down again got fixed came back same thing 3rd time they went it worked how convient so we go in the room it has not been cleaned yet foot prints and popcorn and bzgs of popcorn on the bed the desk i called got the room fixed changed we go to other room at this time im little mad we wanted to stay extra night all that happend i wanted a discount which wasint really discount still got it 30 less than internet so next day now we got here 10pm first house keeping wakes me up knowing we staying another night not even 20 min goes by another one doesint even knock trys to come in the room this was after we told them second time we w e te staying it was allready payed for no exscuse worst time ive had in a hotel in a very long time go gead and take that risk if u want funny thing sold out rooms breakfast was huge but cold like been sitting for a while i was there when tgey opens it at 6am i eill not stay gere again

The breakfast needs improving by way of the waffle machine and the toaster does not sufficiently cook
