"Construction made it a little difficult to get to the hotel but other than that the stay was great. They had Texas shaped waffles for breakfast which made if fun for my daughter."

"The front desk lady was little to no help at all. At first she told me I did not have a reservation, H‑E‑B I showed he my confirmation she said, oh there it is. Then she informed me that “THAT THEY DO NOT SETVE BREAKFAST!” I tried to call the front desk three times letting it ring at least 10 times each call. She said it rang once and nobody was there when she answered it. I called because there is a light bulb missing in the lamp between the two beds. She did not seem concerned when I told her that the mirror above the bathroom sink is broken and the hair dryer is missing. (she did not offer to get me one to replace it) even after I told her I did not want to be accused of taking it (or worse charged for it after I check out. The plug by the sink in the bath area does not work and the coffee pot looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year, the stains on the side chair are so bad I won’t even put my shoes on it. You could say there is a desk, but it’s more like a table, cuz there’s no chair. There is not one outlet to plug in my laptop and there are no outlets by the night stand for our phones or a clock. The inside lock is hanging on by one screw and the curtains n look like they will fall apart if I try to move them. I have stayed at Americas Best Value Motel in several locations but this place is the pits. The reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE so we’re stuck here or out the $70 we paid for an $8.00 room. We won’t be back to this location not ever."

"This is a very cost-effective hotel. The room is spacious, the bed sheets are very clean, the waiter cleans the room every day, tidies up the hygiene, and the towels are changed and disinfected every day. The breakfast is rich and different every day. This is the second time I stay here. I will choose this hotel next time."
