Arrived at check in 4 pm went to assigned room,room heat wouldn't work, summoned housekeeping few doors down ,they couldn't get it to work, assigned a second room near hotel commercial WM dumpster, still no heat and bedspread was still damp from laundry, was assigned third room ,had heat ,but bedspread wet/damp, like no dryer cycle, front desk call room to enquire,I said ,I've got heat , but bedspread was very damp again. Front desk told me I'm TOO DEMANDING, AND PROBABLY WONT ACHIEVE SATISFACTION WITH STAY,TOLD ME TO CHECK OUT,BRING KEY TO FRONT DESK, &&GO ELSEWHERE...WTF????

I enjoyed my many stays at this location, it's super convenient, reasonable rates , quiet ,comfortable. Just what I needed I wish they would bring back a more complete breakfast as they had years ago
