It was clean and comfortable. Not ideal for guests on foot as there are no sidewalks directly in front but otherwise I would recommend as it served our needs perfectly well.

Clean room with lots of fresh towels, gorgeous pool, fun mini-golf, excellent location, friendly and prompt service, great breakfast that’s a little more than the expected including hot pancakes!

A good hotel for Galviston, clean, breakfast is weak, but overall ok.

The hotel itself could use some updating. But let’s be real, when you spend all day out on the beach having fun and getting wore plum slap out, the last thing you’re worried about when coming back to the hotel to clean up and rest are things like paint chips, cracks, lumpy floor, etc. I did find quite a few loose hairs on stuff every time after the cleaning ladies had come, but hey… The same thing happens at McDs (🤢) but this time, I wasn’t trying to eat anything that they cleaned, so all in all… A big thumbs up! The hotel was very nice. Amenities were unavailable due to Covid. The parking garage was terrible. Broken glass was everywhere where cars were being broken in to. This was confirmed by the front desk. I feel that if I’m paying an extra $15 a night security should be a lot better.

The service was subpar at best; the 2 front desk staff we encountered were miserable and didn’t seem like they wanted to be working here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (although no working hair drier in the bathroom). Comfortable bed, good TV and good shower. The description states fitness room but only a pool to be found. Dining area was out of action and only a few vending machines, I would recommend getting foods before arrival.

When we first arrived I was a little sceptical because the hotel outside was a little worn and the fence around it lead me to feel like I was in an unsafe place to where they have to lock you in. But as I went inside and around the hotel I settled down and took it all in. It wasn't so bad, the room was clean and my children really enjoyed the balcony. The front desk clerk that checked us in went above and beyond to make sure we settled in nicely. I also loved the convenience of having a Walmart literally in the hotels front door and fast food places in walking distance. No need for travel, which is a plus for me. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would return again.

Hotel location is very good, this price is really suitable, breakfast is like other similar hotels, yogurt is very good, the front desk is very good, the scenery is really good, the seabirds are very beautiful
