We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou! Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much! The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable. All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.
