What an unexpected gem of a hotel, highly recommend! Let me start by praising the service.

Service: It was quite late when my child and I arrived, but the front desk patiently helped me book the hotel's shuttle for T4 Terminal the next morning. The shuttle driver was incredibly warm and attentive. First, he reminded us to be on time for pickup, then helped us with our luggage, even though we only had one suitcase. Later, I realized I'd left my shirt in the restaurant, and the driver kindly delivered it to the terminal for me. We also left my child's medication in the hotel fridge, and the front desk staff went above and beyond, contacting the new guests in our old room to retrieve it for us.

Environment: If you're going to T3 Terminal, you can walk directly there, which is super convenient. I expected it to be noisy since it's so close to the airport, but it was surprisingly quiet. The standard room was also very spacious with a wet/dry bathroom separation, which I was very pleased with.

As a ********* traveler, staying at this five-star hotel for my last night was the perfect reward after more than ten days of independent travel across the mainland. Wutong Wharf is right next door, just a 5-minute walk with my luggage, so I didn't have to worry about traffic or lugging heavy bags in and out of a car trunk. The hotel has a dim sum buffet restaurant at lunchtime and also offers a buffet in the evening. Breakfast comes highly recommended – it's incredibly diverse and exceeded my expectations. Starting at 6:30 AM, we could enjoy a leisurely, hearty meal before walking to the pier, making for a perfect end to our over ten-day journey.

A rather poor stay this time. The staff were quite nice, especially the front desk, who were very patient and even gave us an extra breakfast. However, we booked two rooms priced over 300 yuan, and upon check-in, we found out they had no windows (it was written 'no window' but I didn't notice). Entering the room, it felt very stuffy and oppressive. We had to pay extra on the spot to upgrade to a room with a window. The hotel's mini-fridge was useless; it wasn't plugged in, so I couldn't chill any fruit. The next day, after eating the breakfast buffet, both my mom and I had diarrhea all day. This clearly indicates there was something off in the breakfast, though I'm not sure what it was. It's the first time I've encountered something like this, and it felt really bad.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations for this trip, and we were attended by Manager Evelyn! I often saw her name in reviews, so I was surprised to meet her in person, haha. As soon as I checked in, I was rushing with a lot of luggage, and Evelyn was so gentle and patient throughout. She proactively upgraded us to a room with an amazing view and thoughtfully recommended some niche local eateries and travel tips. She was efficient and friendly, and any issues we had afterward were quickly and properly resolved by her.

It happened to rain in Xiamen during our stay, and Evelyn even went out of her way to text us, reminding us to bring an umbrella. Later, we tried the breakfast buffet, which had a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, freshly ground coffee, desserts, and fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was on point. Getting up early for such a meal was truly delightful.

Overall, I feel the value for money was excellent. The whole experience was comfortable and rejuvenating. I'll definitely come back to Xiamen and stay here again next time!

Highly recommend! The facilities are excellent and very clean. The air conditioning works great, and the service is attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel is super pretty and I absolutely loved the bathtub – such a nice way to relax after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was good with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

However, the location is quite far from most attractions and shopping districts. During peak hours, it can take more than an hour to get to the shopping areas, which is a bit inconvenient.

One disappointing experience was during breakfast. I came with my 16-year-old sister. I went down early while she was still sleeping, and later went back to bring her along. But the staff did not allow me to enter again unless I paid, even though I wasn’t planning to eat again. I felt this was quite inflexible and disappointing.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but the location and service experience could definitely be improved.

The room had a great orientation. The fridge met my daily needs, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They even offered a shuttle service for the concert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issue was a smoky smell when I first entered the room, but it seems to be a common problem in Xiamen as all the hotels I stayed in had it. Considering everything, it's still a great choice. It's close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The room was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water, plus the air conditioning worked really well. My only minor complaint is that they only offer laundry service and don't have a self-service laundromat. For summer travel, it's much more convenient to be able to wash and dry your own clothes. There was ample parking, which was super handy for picking up and dropping off people at the airport.

Overall, it was quite good, with warm and proactive service.

I'd like to specifically mention a few staff members:
1. Ms. Xigua at the front desk: She gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities upon check-in and provided timely assistance with information throughout my stay.
2. In the evening, an intern at the Kids' Play Center on the 3rd floor was very engaging, and the children were reluctant to leave.
3. The cleanliness was particularly satisfying. Areas like the Kids' Play Center, reading room, and public restrooms were spotless, which many hotels fail to achieve.

The overall experience was good. I do have a few suggestions: the dining options could be improved. I tried two buffets, and the variety was quite limited, especially at the main building's breakfast restaurant. It felt a bit out of sync with the hotel's positioning, and the taste was just average. I had intended to go to the Chinese restaurant, but perhaps I was too early; when I asked the server if I could order à la carte instead of just the set menu, there was no response (maybe it wasn't their working hours yet), which was a bit disappointing. Also, I'm not sure if it's due to the off-season, but for energy-saving reasons, the air conditioning usage was distinctly zoned, with some areas being well-cooled and others barely at all. Furthermore, the hotel lacked background music and a fragrance system. For a beachfront resort and business hotel, missing these elements made it feel a bit less upscale.

As someone who used to work in the industry, some aspects are understandable, while other issues could be avoided and improved upon. Overall, I was very satisfied, and my child had a great time!

The hotel industry is tough; keep up the great work!

The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Le, was very polite and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a nice touch. It's also conveniently located for getting to the airport.
