Great! We had a good stay of 5 nights, taking our time to explore Yogyarkata. The room is modern and clean. Stable wifi, cooling aircon. It was also quiet and staff were always cheerful and polite. Just a short safe stroll to Malioboro and the train station. We booked without breakfast. We only tried the hotel buffet breakfast on the last day - sadly, it was quite disappointing - our other breakfast hunts on the other days were much better and much more value for money. Still, i will recommend this hotel.

Please note that there is no hair dryer provided. Amenities are quite worn out especially the towels. But overall its is ok as a guest house. If possible, try to leave a note to tell them that you don't want a room on the ground floor. It is absolutely noisy and you will hear plates clanging even in the middle of the night. TV has many channels so it is ok. Staff are nice but no early check in. They will help to store your luggage.

Small room for a superior type. Located upstairs and need to climb stairs. Luckily they help us carry some baggages to the room. It's only 5 minutes walk to busy Malioboro street. The morning breakfast was nice and simple.

The hotel place is quite stategic.. Very close to the tugu station and Malioboro. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, get breakfast too. The first time I got a room on the 3rd floor. I was a complaint because the air conditioner was not cold enough. We moved to another room.. and wow, the room is more spacious, the air conditioner is very cold, the room is also spacious, there is a water heater too 😊 . Next will stay here again 👌👌

Conveniently located right in front of the train station. Getting on the airport express train was a breeze for my early morning flight the next day. The hotel serve me its purpose. But not recommended for light sleepers as it tends to get super noisy with chaotic traffic, live music and non stop train announcements.
