酒店的硬件是不錯的、新開酒店，設施新。酒店周邊飯店較多，吃飯方便。
服務：二個年輕人的管理者沒有服務意識，見到客人到來，吝嗇到那怕是虛偽的笑容都不給，更別説幫客人搬行李。一副你願意來就來，**不求你來的極其冷冰冰的姿態。
房間衞生：因有這樣的服務意識，衞生就可想而知了。照片是浴室地漏全是頭髮纏着，下水道不通，需自己動手解決。

酒店房間寬敞明亮，設施基本齊全，床單被套新換的，前台服務人員接待熱情。酒店不足的地方，除床上用品外，其他衞生都做得不到位，窗台、桌面、晾毛巾架幹都積有灰塵。

根河市區地方很小，這個酒店位置屬於比較中心了，周邊吃飯很方便，樓下能停車，就是臨街，早晚有點吵，其他都還可以

非常滿意的旅居體驗，在根河市最中心的地段，全屋新裝修智能家居，乾淨衞生，樓下就可以停車，附近美食商超飲吧燒烤，地理位置優越價格也很公道，同價位性價比之王，以後還會繼續光顧

房間舒適，地點適中，樓下大堂隔壁就是一家餐廳，他家的醬肘子48元一個，老大一盤，大塊朵頤，價格親民。餃子都是現包，味道還不錯！

的確是新裝修的，不過沒有味道。但也許是太新，服務和設施跟不上來，有問題打電話給酒店沒有人接電話。房間裏沒有放瓶裝水，去前台要了才給。房卡壞了，刷卡進不去。酒店有三層沒有電梯，對於拿大件行李的人不方便。淋浴房是有蓋的，在裏面洗澡很悶。

性價比很高，床也很舒服，也不冷，房間大小也合適，不會感覺逼仄或者空曠，距市中心很近，附近飯店很多，老闆人也很好
