"The room wasn't big, but the courtyard was spacious. The red bean buns for breakfast were delicious. The owner even kindly washed our car because it was very dirty. There were charging stations in the courtyard, which was very convenient. You could also stargaze in the courtyard at night. Buying tickets to the deer park through the owner also got you a discount."

"I've been to Genhe several times, and finally, there's a nice, large hotel in the city center! It seems to be in its trial operation phase, as there weren't many guests. The hotel has a great location, right on the main road leading into the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Cold Pole Thermometer. The price is reasonable for the summer, and we were upgraded upon check-in. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea, but the front desk, hearing we wouldn't arrive until after 7 pm, proactively reserved two delicious dinners for us. Bottled water is unlimited, provided by Baishui Mountain. The room is quite large and comfortable, and very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, but the 7-9 am time slot felt a bit early. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and Xiao Wang was particularly helpful, even helping us with our luggage in the car before we left."

"A fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Although it faces the street, there's very little noise once the windows are closed. The soundproofing is also quite good. The TV is huge and can watch satellite and CCTV channels. The bedding is exceptionally comfortable, and I had a great night's rest. The street to the right of the hotel is lined with restaurants, and a breakfast shop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient. It's less than two kilometers from Cold Pole Square, a great place for an after-dinner stroll. Parking is available in front, and if there aren't any spaces nearby, you can find some."

Our dedicated customer service representative, Miaomiao, was very attentive; she contacted us even before we arrived and created a group chat specifically to answer our questions. Also, since we were in a hurry to get to the Deer Park, she thoughtfully packed afternoon tea for us. The room is very distinctive with all-wood furniture, and the small decorations are carefully chosen. The facilities are generally good, except for the electric water heater which I didn't dare use for too long, and there's no power outlet near the desk, which makes using a laptop a bit inconvenient. The breakfast selection is quite rich. Plus, my son absolutely loved the handmade sunflowers."

The whole house is too comprehensive for voice control. The river is in front of the door. The river is wide and the scenery is beautiful. It is especially early and there is morning fog to see. "Staying in Genhe, Hulunbuir this time, I was so impressed by the hotel's thoughtful service and the genuine warmth of the staff throughout my stay. Any request I had was met with an incredibly prompt response. I arrived after 7 PM, past the buffet closing time, but the front desk specially called me to inquire about my arrival and even saved dinner for me – I was really touched! My room also got upgraded; it was spacious and airy with a beautiful view of the wetlands right outside my window. I even saw a lucky rainbow on the day I arrived. There was no cold, commercial distance; instead, the overall vibe was one of quiet, premium quality, adding many wonderful memories to this trip."

"Pros: The hotel is very clean since it's newly opened, and the facilities are all new, which is a plus. The service is also quite good; the receptionist was very friendly. Cons: The cleanliness is really poor. The linens in my room seemed like they hadn't been changed, because there was hair on the blankets, hair on the bathroom and shower walls, and unidentified stuff on the pillows. In short, the cleanliness was very poor. Luckily, I brought my own sleeping bag. Also, the soundproofing is extremely poor. I could clearly hear the sound of the water running in the shower in the next room. Even after midnight, other rooms were still making a lot of noise, and no one seemed to care. "It's really a hotel that can't be described in words. If I couldn't write a review without giving it a star, I would give it half a star. It claimed to be a luxury suite, but the floor and sofa were dirty, there was a strange smell, and the furniture from the 1980s was outdated. What is outrageous is the toilet, with a big hole in the wall. The snoring from the next door at night is deafening through this hole. The shower is right next to the toilet. The toilet is placed diagonally opposite the sink. If you don't pay attention, you will hit your head. I hope that Ctrip will mark the hotels where the tour groups are resident in the future, so as not to mislead independent travelers to come to this hotel and suffer. I won’t post the photos to avoid causing discomfort."
