這賓館位置好找，環境不錯，在河邊，去迎賓橋、守望橋很方便，老闆娘很勤快，床鋪、房間搞得乾乾淨淨的，老闆很熱情，我們是晚上七點多的火車，可以給我們休息房間、寄存行李，這次住宿非常滿意！

臨時在根河落腳一天，住在根河分支旁邊，周邊環境不錯，可以吃早飯買水果，早上太陽剛好透過鬆樹照進房間裏很漂亮，老闆很熱情，房間也超級乾淨，設施都是新的，下次有機會還會入住

晚上到的時候，老闆娘已經把暖氣打好了，舒適温馨。老闆娘特別熱情，事無鉅細的交代。房間後面是一條根河支流，早晨流水潺潺，波光粼粼。離根河早市很近。

房間很乾凈衞生，9月中旬就有暖氣，睡得舒適，老闆和老闆娘很熱情，服務周到，有洗衣機，老闆幫忙牽繩子涼衣服，老闆娘幫忙放食物於冰箱，微波爐加熱食物。

賓館是民宿型的，門前可以停車，房間不大，但整潔乾淨，老闆熱情，介紹哪裡吃飯好，在旺季這個房子性價比還是可以的。

伊康源賓館給我的體驗超出預期。位置便利，離地鐵站步行5分鐘，周邊餐館、便利店齊全。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，空調製熱製冷都很給力，隔音做得不錯，晚上很安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足且水温穩定。前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快，還貼心提供了周邊遊玩建議。性價比很高，一百多的價格能有這樣的條件，在同價位裏算佼佼者。唯一小不足是房間略小，但整體不影響居住，下次來還會選這裏。
