the B&B is super clean, recently remodeled in a very good location and really quiet at the same time. Beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent coffee, including fruit if you want. The owner is super friendly. It has an excellent price-quality relation. I really recommend this accommodation for a visit to Genova.

Can only agree with others that this is a top quality bed & breakfast. Facilities close to 4 star hotel, spotless, tasteful decoration, comfy beds, air con etc. It's an exceptional bathroom and shower too. Great breakfast in small dining area. Located on4th floor - yes there is a lift. Walking everywhere - so good to have central location close to brignole station. 5 stars to alessia for service, value and communication to find and check in, provide info and recommends for restaurants. We loved our stay. Thank you.

This B&B is like a small 5-star hotel, but with a very personal touch. It is situated in an old building, just round the corner of a busy shopping street. Our (2-rooom) flat was fully renovated with a very good taste ( great, modern bathroom, too). Our charming host Alessia could not have been more friendly and attentive. She speaks great English. Can warmly recommend this room (Navicare) to anyone who appreciates a great night sleep, and can do without a balcony.

We are so glad we found this bed and breakfast in Genoa and would definitely recommend it. Alessia and her husband did a fantastic job with their renovation, which is evident from the videos we were shown of what the rooms looked like when they bought it! The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived but her husband carried our suitcases up for us, which was no easy feat because it is located on the 5th floor. The room was very tastefully decorated with a modern gray theme, and had a very comfortable pillow top mattress. Breakfast was simple but adequate and enjoyable.

Uma hospedagem maravilhosa, ambiente muito agradável, acolhedor, quarto amplo, excelente ducha, café da manhã top, próximo a estação de trem e Metrô Brignole."Alessia uma super host" saudades !!!! Adoramos tudo !! Genova, cidade portuária com excelente gastronomia , belas igrejas, palácios, múseos, muito rica em histórias e culturas.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Eccezionale accoglienza e cura del cliente, pulizia impeccabile, camera ampia e arredata con stile. Molto buona la colazione. Il B&B inoltre si trova in una posizione strategica sia per spostarsi con i treni e gli autobus dalla stazione di Genova Brignole sia per raggiungere a piedi con un' ora di camminata Boccadasse. Per arrivare nel centro storico c'è una breve e piacevole passeggiata lungo la centralissima via XX Settembre . Per noi è stato veramente piacevole e strategico soggiornare a Cà dei Nobili. La propietaria inoltre è davvero il punto di forza della struttura. Io l'ho già consigliato ad amici che vogliono programmare un weekend a Genova!

Un B&B veramente coi fiocchi. Vicino alla stazione Brignole, all'inizio della rinomata Via XX Settembre. Camera arredata con gusto, funzionale, silenziosa e pulitissima. Ottima colazione. Ma l'eccellenza è rappresentata da Alessia, persona squisita, simpatica, gentile, professionale e colta. Impeccabili i suoi suggerimenti dei luoghi da visitare, dei ristoranti da frequentare e dei negozi delle tipicità genovesi. 5 stelle con massima lode. Consigliatissimo.
