- the hotel is in the city center - near plaza surabaya - not very big hotel but modern aesthetic - the lobby is spacious, lots of sofas and tables, there is a cafe - the hallways are clean and the carpets are thick - the room is not very spacious but aesthetic - there is a big smart tv - there is a relaxing sofa - the bed is soft, lots of pillows, thick blankets - great view - the windows are big - standard tea, coffee, sugar and creamer - there is an electric kettle - there is a blend of Surabaya city and prayer times - the bathroom and toilet are a bit cramped - there is a sink and many and thick towels - complete amenities - there is a bath robe, a pair of sandals, a safety box, but no iron - the wardrobe is big and lots of drawers - the gym is a bit small - indoor pool is not very big but aesthetic - the restaurant is spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious

Everything is good including the location except the house keeping. We enjoyed our massages and dinner buffet in the hotel because it was raining in the evening. But they are nice and very affordable. I also like their breakfast buffet. The only miss is the cleanliness and the housekeeping quality. We have changed the room once because the bathtub got stains. Then in the second room, my pillowcase is dirty and the flush didn’t work. Yet I appreciate their help to fix them. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I wish they can improve the housekeeping quality or else everything is perfect :)

We booked the executive room & couldn't be happier with our choice! From the moment we arrived, Lintang’s warmth & excellent service made a lasting impression. She kindly allowed us to check in early after noticing how tired we were from our flight, and she even provided us with a room that had the best view! The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, offering an abundance of delicious local dishes. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to enjoy local delicacies rather than standard international fare, which made our experience even more special. The room itself was spacious & comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after our adventures. Overall, we had a fantastic stay & would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

I love their spacious window even though the room is small, but if you live alone, I think this is not a big deal.

I stay here for two nights, The first night i came, the room was nice duplex room with cool aircond but the cleanliness you guys have to maintain more. In the floor, in the bed next to the stair case so many dust and hair. I just wondering how you guys clean the room!

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

KAMAR TIDAK KEDAP SUARA SANGAT DISAYANGKAN. PADAHAL BAGUS BANGET ,TAPI TAMU MENGOBROL KEDENGARAN GAK ADA PRIVASI NYA.LEMARI LUAS, FASILITAS UNTUK ANAK KECIL TIDAK SESUAI . ADA PEROSOTAN +JUNGKAT JUNGKIT ITU BERKARAT SEMUA DAN TIDAK DIGANTI RUSAK SEMUA TIDAK BISA DIPAKAI PADAHAL DI APK BAGUS WKWKKWKK. KOLAM RENANG TERPISAH DARI HOTEL ,MAINAN ANAK KURANG DIPERHATIKAN .. SARAN SAJA JIKA MAINAN ANAK ZONA KIDS DI MASUKKAN KE DALAM HOTEL MUNGKIN LEBIH BAGUS..

The room was very spacious with a good amount of lounging areas. The best part is the bathroom that felt so exquisite and luxurious with a beautiful large bathtub. Service was very quick when we requested for extra towels, as well as our hairdryer not working. The only thing lacking in this room is the power sockets. There is only 1 area with power sockets which is by the work desk. There are none by the beds. This was inconvenient.

Have stayed here several times, always enjoyable. strategic location and the staff is quite friendly. Overall, it's okay, hopefully the service will be further improved! 🔥
