"Overall, it's pretty great! The location is super close to the train station, mall, and Monkasel. So if you want to explore, you can just walk everywhere. There are also plenty of food stalls nearby. Right next to the hotel, there's Warteg Bahari, and if you cross the street and walk a bit, you'll find a legendary food stall at Gubeng Pojok. So no worries about going hungry. The only downside is that the bathroom was dirty. The door was moldy, the toilet was disgusting, basically the bathroom was a 2/5. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the AC was cold, and the TV was big and clear. The view was decent. The facilities are standard for a 3-star hotel. The pool view is really good though, pretty and aesthetic. That's all for my review. If you ask me if I'd stay here again next time? Definitely not. Hehehe. Thanks!"

"stay for a night during our transit in Surabaya — the room looks new, and very clean. didn't book the breakfast option as we are planning to leave early so we didn't try their food. The staff also friendly and helpful, the hotel is located at praxis building, we went with a car and the hotel will provide the free parking voucher on your check-in. Got few resto and circle-K as well on the ground level, so very convenient. will come back next time!"

"The location is very good and the breakfast was excellent. However, the carpet in the room feels dirty and hasn't been cleaned. Also they should provide water dispenser to refill water bottle. Most of 4 or 5-star hotels have provided unlimited water to refill guest tumbler. It is a good way to take care environment to reduce single use plastic. It is a shame that one of the waiter at breakfast didn't allow me to refill my water bottle."

"the room was really big (way bigger than expected) and the entire hotel looks very fancy and nice. we had the junior suite i think. we had a smart tv etc and ordering food to the room costs 50k rupees (=2.5€) and a thirty minute massage 100k rupees. we only stayed for one night. the food at the restaurant and breakfast were also very good. overall 10/10 very beautiful and especially for the price 100% worth it."
