The futon stinks and the sheets and duvet cover are dirty.
There is a lot of hair and dust from the previous person in the room

When checking in the receptionist is less welcome. I ordered for 1 person to get a room with 2 beds (there is no other alternative he said). The room smells of cigarettes/stuffy and it turns out that this hotel does not have a non-smoking or smoking room. When I woke up, I was short of breath because I was sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, then I got sick and had to go to the doctor, the bathroom facilities had minimal facilities (no shampoo) and there were no room slippers. The floor is dirty so in my room I wear shoes. luckily only stayed one night.

The location is close to Grand city and also close to the Gubeng station, for very good service, the rooms are not cleaned every day,
