Good for a short stay in Penang, the location is the best.
- The place could be cleaner and there was no woofing connection in my room.

convenient location with cheap price, dorm floor and bed ok and toilet sometime a bit dirty but that can't 100% problem from host but guest. however, don't like the floor always wet and wifi a bit weak. the place also a bit old. the rest ok. what you pay what you get i think
