Service: The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. They promptly assisted me with room changes and provided an extra chair for my work.
Room: The room was basic, with a small table and an uncomfortable chair, which is why I requested an additional chair. The bed sheets were a bit worn out but still clean. There was a little dust on the table, but it could be easily cleaned. One issue was the fridge, which had a moldy smell, likely from leftover food stains and being switched off for days. I took extra effort to buy Dettol and clean the fridge myself.
Location: The hotel is strategically located near tourist sites but is also close to a mosque. For those who prefer quiet environments, this may not be an ideal location. The early morning call to prayer at 5 AM was quite loud, which might be disturbing for some guests.

This hotel is cozy and comfortable. It don’t have night club at night so you can sleep soundly at night. Overall I would say good and affordable.

Great hotel
Great staffs and good location
Just got only one problem…can’t use wifi in my room!!
I think the router in my room is doesn’t work but I can use wifi in front of my room. 😅

Great location, heritage building but fully refurbished, modern & clean. A courteous service from the heart, all staff treat our family nicely & very helpful. The location is good for rest, but near to everywhere & surrounded with good food. Will definitely recommend for friends & family, will comeback if we visit Penang again

Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Coin laundry available at the site, 10 RM + 2 RM detergent. A safe in the room. Location is good, airport bus 401 stops nearby, free CAT bus stop is 5-7 min walk away. Terminal Komtar is 15 min walk away. Eateries are plenty nearby. The neighborhood is Ok, though there are few homeless near the temples. But it is safe even at nights because of many tourists. Good value for money

For the price we paid room was really good enough for us to rest in for work and traveling. However floor was a little dusty
