The staff was very kind and friendly. She gave us advice on where to go and led us around the hostel. Due to some issues, we were not living in the room that we booked. Instead, we were upgraded to a bigger room with its own washroom. The room is very clean and decent! The only flaw I can point out is the limited storage space inside the washroom but that is still acceptable. Everything else is more than good!

Location was great at a very central place in Georgetown. Quiet and convenient. Nicole was very nice and accommodating too, overall the homestay was a great experience staying in a traditional shop house in Penang

The room is clean and hygienic, but it is a bit uncomfortable to take off your shoes and go upstairs to the room. The public area is beautiful. There is a patio outside the window of the room I stayed in.
