We had initially booked the Serene Suite but upgraded to the Luxury Suite upon arrival as we wanted a bath tub. Had the best experience in this hotel. Service was impeccable. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and hospitable. Rooms were always cleaned on time and requests made were seen to asap. We would definitely stay here again. Location of this hotel was perfect. We could walk to most places we went to around Georgetown. Hardly any traffic which made things much easier.

Excellent services ! My 7 years old daughter is quite OCD, even she is very satisfied with the hotel. The only hold back is there is no utensils available in our serene suite whereby there is a mini kitchen.. on the whole, I will still recommend this hotel to my friends. Kudos ! Thank you 🙏

Gorgeous hotel with excellent location. Can walk over to those hot spots for hawker stall centre without worrying about parking. You will need to bring the glass bottle to refill drinking water at the water dispenser machine located at each level.

Reception staff was friendly. We were able to check in early around 10.45am as the Deluxe Suite we booked for 4N was available. Requested late check out was also approved at 12 noon as our flight was late afternoon. View from the top was beautiful & the skybar level was accessible after 6.30pm. There was conplimentary shuttle bus for famous breakfast areas at 8.30am, 9.15am & 10am. We managed to prebook 2 slots for 1 day only to Chowrasta Market. The next day 8.30am time slot was full (12 seats only) so we took Grab instead. Not expensive at RM8 to Kimberly Street. Pillow selection-1 per guest is a nice touch. Had the memory foam pillow for a good night sleep. Some free local snacks from the hotel was a nice gesture. Location of fairly new hotel (year 2022) is excellent. 2 supermarkets nearby (Gama) - the side walk with pretty bougainvilleas is pleasant, Pacific Hypermart at Komtar. Nearby got Japanese restaurant along Magazine Road & also massage places too. Overall, a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only negative is noise from traffic so room facing is impt for light sleepers

Check in at 4pm and room was not ready. Waited about 10 mins. Room is spacious, but is dusty. There are also dirt on the chair. There was a cockroach in the toilet. Will not go back again.

In front of Komtar & 1st Avenue mall as well.
Can reach hameed restaurant in 2mins by walking.

I recently stayed at The Granite Luxury Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a luxury hotel.
Upon arrival, I noticed several issues in my room:
- The bathroom light was flickering non-stop, making it uncomfortable to use.
- There was visible mold and unidentified stains in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns.
- The clothing rack was rusted and looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years.
- Inside the cabinet, I found broken pieces, which was both inconvenient and disappointing.
I reported these issues to the front desk late at night. For a hotel that claims to offer luxury accommodations, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness was unacceptable.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their standards to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The best Hotel in town! Highly recommended for those yang nak pergi Georgetown sebab dekat sangat dengan banyak tempat best-best. Staff hotel pun terbaik dari receptionist, abang jaga parkir, abang jaga pool, pakcik shuttle semua friendly and helpful. Bilik takyah cakap lah memang luxury betul. Suka sangat stay sini 😍 rasa tak puas duduk dua malam je. In future, kalau ada rezeki inshaAllah boleh stay sini lagi! taknak tempat lain dah hehe. Ohh complimentary cheesecake dia sedap!
