Perfect stay , perfect room , good price , good company who had visited hotel frequently from abroad , great breakfast, good price , excellent staff x, couldn’t wish for any more , it was quiet , and accessible and free car parking at the back of hotel

I had a triple apartment with fully equipped kitchen and shower room. There was a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and full cooker. The shower was hot and very powerful. The room was warm and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and the area was also quiet. The only noise I heard were guests returning after a night out but as soon as they went into their room it was quiet. The location is great, right next to the Botanic gardens and handy for Tesco express, Waitrose etc. 2 bus journeys took about 45 minutes to the airport. I can't recommend this place highly enough and it's great value.

Really lovely room overlooking the river. Ideal location for those trips around the west end. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking to the rear. Second stay in a year, so I would recommend - clean and tidy - lovely building - good breakfast - thumbs up all round.

For the price, it was a little dated and there was no lift for the luggage. Could benefit from having a way to tell staff the room doesn't need cleaning every day. Staff were super helpful, great location, doors don't lock automatically and there was free parking.

A comfortable room with excellent hosts and super breakfast. The location is fabulous in the west end of the city next to the Botanic gardens. The rooms are clean, and bathroom facilities deliver plentiful hot water. Acoustic privacy is not the best, walls could be better packed with sound insulation, so one needs to be quiet.

Conveniently located an easy walk from canal where I was on a 3 day hike. Right next to Botanic Gardens and close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Lovely peaceful area. My room was a single, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from and good quality food. Gave 4 stars as I felt it was quite expensive for a tiny single room.

Spotless. Really thankful for the hot chocolate in the room with a biscuit as I don’t drink tea or coffee and it is rare to get hot chocolate. Comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Lost a star for me because the building is lit with spotlights that stay on all night and flood the room with light despite the blackout curtains. Parking was manageable. 5-stars for price!
