Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, loved the pool section as well, me and my partner had an amazing time, employees are really nice, hotel was clean and tidy, facilities were clean :) Highly recommend!

Hotel parking is chargeable, breakfast is good, decent express hotel, rooms are clean, some roads to Gloucester Cathedral, we parked the car on the parking lot of the supermarket near the Cathedral

The surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is good, I love the large fireplace on the first floor, the room soundproofing is a bit poor, but the soundproofing of British hotels is average

The hotel has recently been refurbished Lovely decor , very clean Comfortable rooms. Restaurant has good choice and reasonably priced. The food was good Staff very friendly and welcoming
