My family recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the staff's behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility and rudeness. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also outright disrespectful, often raising their voices and making rude comments. This lack of basic customer service skills made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On several occasions, we witnessed staff yelling at other guests, which created a very negative and stressful atmosphere. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location or amenities. We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of customer service is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.
