One of the best holiday as I feel always at my home… their slogan is your second home. I was here 5 years ago when it was hilton and I saw that all personal is running for guest satisfaction. In the following years when i came back I always had a fruit basket from general manager saying welcome to your second home. Now it is my home thank you all but special thanks to barman Stoyan, he always run for hotel success and best cocktails and working like it is his own business.. I will come back next year too

Best All Inclusive Experience . Everything from the rooms , pools , Food , beverages and staff is not 5 but 10 stars . We came here in a family vacation and we had a blast. We could feel like home . Everyone was so welcoming and we were treated so nice

My family recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the staff's behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility and rudeness. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also outright disrespectful, often raising their voices and making rude comments. This lack of basic customer service skills made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On several occasions, we witnessed staff yelling at other guests, which created a very negative and stressful atmosphere. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location or amenities. We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of customer service is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay and the cleanliness of the hotel. I have attached photos that speak for themselves. I complained daily when we first got there and my room was still not cleaned. It does not have daily house keeping and we had to chase them to change our beds or towels. The food was below average and this is certainly not a 4 star hotel, 3 at best. What was great about this hotel was the sea view, the bar staff and the kids entertainment. Without this I think our holiday would have been a disaster. We also booked with Balkan and they didn't have enough seats for our hotel transfer and my 6 year old son had to sit on the floor in a cramped minibus.

We have been coming to the sea at the Apollo Hotel for three years, but this year 2023. we are not satisfied either with the cleanliness of the hotel or with the food. Only the pools were well maintained.

We are very satisfied with the hotel and the staff :) Very friendly hotel and clean also. Lot to do with children and beautiful beach nearby. Very great animation team in the hotel also. Five points.

A very good hotel for the value money. The staff is friendly, it is obvious that they are tired, but they still provide good service. There are no complaints against the hotel, there are questions for guests who behave unacceptably, accusing the hotel of inconsistency.
