The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was top-notch, and everything was spotless. My room had a gorgeous sea view — so relaxing! Everything was clean, well-kept, and clearly looked after with care. My room was bright and comfortable. A perfect place to unwind. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel staff was really terrible, even though the subscription was All inclusive you can't sit in special areas in the courtyard of the hotel even though there is no inscription on their tables that the place is reserved. This experience was not pleasant

Beach and the sea bottom of nice, fine sand. Sea water of a very pleasant temperature. Sometimes windy with waves. Room spacious with a balcony facing the sea. Closet space very limited, not enough for two people. Food ok but most of the time cold regardless the dish. All inclusive bar very poor with one kind of bad draft bear, and one kind of read and white wine from plastic, large bottles decanted into glass jugs. Receptions desk clerks with poor English and not too helpful. No English language TV channels even just with the news. Many undeveloped, neglected land lots in the neighborhood.

Every night albanian Music plays overside at the pool. Very very loud. Like you would not believe how loud it is. It begins at 09.00 sms stops aprx.: 23.30! According to the staff thats What the guests want. Well not us. We are in holiday for Peace and and feeling relaxed. Absolutely horrific. Sadly the hotel has not made this Music through loudspeaker official. Had we known we would never spent our time and money here!!!! Therefore warning!!! If you need holiday dont come here - neither to the hotels surrounding Elisio. The albanian Music is extremely loud and can be heard at the neighbour hotels.

The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, coctails too but small choice (I mean all inclusive version). The area near to Elesio clean, but the city Golem very dirty ;( The music in the pool was terrible, not for young people. Every evening the same music. Apart from that it was a wonderful and relaxing time :)

I'm 27 years old and I've been to many hotels in my life but nothing compared to the experience I had at ELESIO in Albania. Hotel with terrible quality, I came with full board and the food was the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner (chicken pasta and fried or roast potatoes) the food was limited to this. a staff that doesn't speak the slightest bit of English, isn't friendly and isn't very helpful. Dirty hotel beach, hotel with no activities and no background music (music always blaring), in short, a hotel that is not worth the 4 stars it has

- Room too small - Worst bathroom I ever seen,no shower glass,all the water flooded the room. - When i booked the hotel,i asked for a baby cot,they brought us one ,extremely dirty one,which I didn't put my daughter on it. - - Air conditioner directed to your face in the balcony,you can't stay in the balcony when AC is on. - The ALL INCLUSIVE food was terrible,not many option and not fresh,they reheated mkst if the food from lunch for dinner. I only had there some salads amd some baklava,everything else was low quality food. - My wife went to pick up and ice-cream from the fridge,and they asked her to pay for it,in ALL INCLUSIVE package! - Definitely would not recommend this hotel. -
