"We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel."

"Nice hotel and beautiful serenity but the noise from traffic outside is too much and prevents sleep especially at night despite closing blinds, windows and doors. We got our room swapped for this reason but still didn’t block the noise.  Noisy environment not for light sleepers like me."

"The garden was so beautiful. However, after checking in, I got on the elevator on the first floor from the underground parking lot and they changed my key to a better room, but it was a smaller corner room. I complained, but they didn't accept it because the room was already gone, and communication was difficult, so I gave up, but I was very dissatisfied. Who on earth did they give my room to? Breakfast was good."

"I visited with my family for the summer vacation and I will tell you there staff are very lovely, friendly, nice and welcoming. The hotel and the environment, beautiful. "Nice location right on the beach, clean rooms, hot powerful shower, spacious room with seaviw friendly helpful staff, food was fresh and nice, breakfast was the same each but if you like eggs or pancakes you'll be fine, we were full board and access to water with meals etc was a mini fridge in room too to keep drinks. Lots of sunbeds but we went low season. You need to bring your own beach towel for the beds."
