超級推薦！！五星品質。服務和設施都是一流的，服務員熱情周到，無微不至的服務，完善的設施，乾淨整潔的環境，酒店主動幫我們升級了親子房，別出心裁的主題佈局，讓我們享受到勝似回家的温暖。早餐種類豐富，並且免費提供混沌、餃子、牛肉麪、西紅柿雞蛋麪、臊子麪等送至房間，入住期間可提供免費飲品（咖啡、牛奶、橙汁、豆漿、奶茶、蜂蜜柚子茶），而且提供免費洗衣乾衣服務。

真不愧是口碑不錯的酒店，因為帶了寶貝出門酒店害怕訂的房間説在修電梯擔心會吵，前台小姐姐免費升級的套房，而且打電話還問是不是會吵到我和寶寶，真貼心。還有寶貝的小拖鞋牙刷洗髮水還送了玩具和水果，晚上酒店工作人員還送了晚安牛奶，預訂房間時沒訂早餐竟然也送了早餐，因為酒店年後剛開門沒幾天熱水要放很久才會有，酒店工作人員真的好負責，晚上還叫人來修，第二天走的時候前台小姐姐還送了我禮品。重要的是有免費接送機服務，送機的工作人員幫我拿的行李，真的是服務至上。站在酒店拍夜景也很美，第一次帶寶寶出遠門來探親，酒店的所有服務都感覺好温暖，我和寶寶都很喜歡，格爾木很好，黃河國際酒店很好，下次還來，來了還住這裏。因為你們值得五星好評！

西北之旅最滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，一進大廳很暖和，環境很好，前台服務人員都很熱情打招呼，在門口就有人幫忙拿行李，前台辦理入住快，介紹了酒店的很多增值服務，健身房桌球廳都是免費體驗，房間設施齊全，關鍵是有空調和氧氣晚上睡覺很踏實，第二天起床晚想着沒有早餐了抱着去看看的心態，沒想到還有餐，味道很不錯很豐富，用餐的人也很多，前台還幫免費延時退房，很不錯，點贊

首先最重要的就是這家酒店洗澡水非常好，高原地區怕高反洗頭洗澡都儘量十分鐘內洗完，不像有些酒店水小的10分鐘都沖不乾淨個頭發！其次沒有馬桶反味洗澡漫水的情況！服務比之前五星酒店服務都好。免費升級了80平套房，雙衞，製氧機、投影儀、加濕器（2台）連電腦都有，還送面膜送紅景天口服液、送熱牛奶、送果盤和堅果小食、送鮮榨橙汁，拼了命的往屋送東西，服務是真的好！雖然是四星酒店，但是設施設備齊全，管家服務熱情又貼心。必須給五星好評！

和朋友三人國慶出遊，原本定了2間房，但入住時發現房型不是很合宜，酒店經理協助進行了房型升級，讓我們三個能住在一起。入住時提供了熱牛奶+蛋撻，還有小吃和歡迎水果，非常喜歡！整體服務態度非常好，甚至好的有些讓人不好意思😅車剛停門口，就會有叔叔阿姨來幫忙接行李，會送行李到放房間門口。酒店裡麪條件也不錯，雖然房間裝修感受得到有一些年份了，但整體乾淨舒適，而且酒店裡面有彌散供氧，對容易高反的人來説是非常不錯的。早餐非常豐富，選擇性比較多。整體來説，是西北遊裏比較不錯的住宿體驗。
