Since my wife is a foreigner, the staff proactively reminded us and helped us with some visa-related matters, which was a huge help. The room itself was clean and tidy, though some facilities showed a bit of age due to the hotel's construction time. Overall, our stay was quite good. The breakfast spread, along with the NIO fast-charging station, were definite highlights. We also visited Huancai Mountain in Golmud, which was absolutely stunning!"

The suite was much larger than the double room, with a well-designed layout, spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of high quality. All the facilities were new and functional.
From arrival to check-in, the service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and it was very convenient for getting around. This unexpected room upgrade completely enhanced my experience, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect choice for business trips and vacations, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!"

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Golmud Station; a short taxi ride got us there right after we arrived. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was also quite good, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The Charhan Salt Lake, which we visited from Golmud, was absolutely breathtaking."

There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe. "Staying in Golmud during my Northwest Grand Loop road trip, I decided to try this hotel based on the positive reviews. And it definitely lived up to the hype! The room was brand new, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. They even offered valet parking and luggage assistance straight to my room, where they explained the facilities and local dining spots. The room itself was well-equipped with a humidifier, oxygen diffuser, and water purifier. Breakfast was also great. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel, I definitely made the right choice!"
