Experiência horrível. Chegamos ao local e não conseguimos ficar hospedados devido as condições de limpeza do quarto e completo abandono da propriedade. A experiência com o atendimento inicialmente (antes mesmo da reserva) já havia sido péssima, mas insistimos e fomos - inicialmente fomos bem recebidos pelo gerente, mas ao reclamar sobre a situação fomos hostilizados e completamente mal tratados. Não recomendo de forma alguma que qualquer pessoa tenha a experiência que tivemos com esse local.

Estivemos ontem no hotel para a nossa lua de mel e infelizmente nos deparamos com algo muito diferente dessas imagens. Ja no caminho, sem sinalizacao par ao hotel, ficamos um pouco assustados com a distancia de Gramado, mas isso não comprometeu tanto quanto a estrutura do hotel que parece nas fotos maior e mais moderno. Bem diferente da realidade, o quarto era menor, cama pequena e escuro. Como não atendeu nossas expectativas decidimos não nos hospedar no Colina. E reaver o valor que tinhamos pago antecipadamente (ou parte dele) mas o hotel não aceitou, mesmo sendo baixa temporada com quartos diponiveis. O Booking deixou a criterio do hotel nos devolver o valor pago. Porém eles não aceitaram e nos deixaram no prejuízo de 100%.
