We bought a luxury room for 3 and arrived there the reservation was for 2 people and a simpler room. The hotel quickly resolved us by arranging a room for 3 and very similar to the q Trip sold. We were happy with the hotel, but disappointed with Trip.com, and had no place to complain in the application."

Suggestions: - remove/replace adornments/objects that facilitate the accumulation of dust/mold; - carry out heavy cleaning of carpets, sofas, curtains and beds."
