First time in a couple of decades returning to Gramado for a business stay I needed a place to stay. Located close to city center, this 4* hotel was a pleasant surprise. The front office staff was polite, cordial and attentive to needs. In front of the reception a small area where cookies, flavored water, tea, coffee and a thick delicious hot chocolate is available to all during all the time. The room was clean, modern furniture and the bathroom a comfortable size with shower box. Amenities consisted of soap bars and the shampoo/conditioner combination, all in their own brand. Summarizing: definitely a recommendation for future trips and travelers.

I’Ve appreciated the service, everyone got fully attention on everything and every detail. The bedroom was really good, all the amities and and the environment helped to relax and have a great time. It was really special to stay here and I’m very proud of everyone.

Hotel Fioreze Primo is a short walk from the centre of Gramado. I loved my stay here. The hotel is compact comands good views of the surrounding area with stunning susets. I stayed for one week. The staff were attentive and very obliging suggesting areas to visit in the surrounding countryside. The morning buffet sets you up for the day - the evening buffet pleasant and low key. Food too was great.A lovely hotel and very easy to find Thankyou hope to see you again.

Todos os funcionários são muito receptivos e acolhedores. Lençóis e travesseiros macios. Quarto e banheiro impecáveis. O cafezinho e o chocolate quente da recepção…. Que saudade! O café da manhã é excelente, com muitas opções de bolos, pães, tortas deliciosas, frutas fresquinhas

Foi de longe o melhor hotel em que me hospedei, funcionários gentis e solícitos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, assim como a limpeza. Sempre tinha um cafezinho, chá e chocolate na recepção, com cokies ou bolo na parte da tarde. Também foram servidos espumante e vinhos na recepção do hotel ao anoitecer.
