Exceptional service and atmosphere make this an ideal spot for couples seeking a peaceful retreat to unwind and enjoy quality time together. The serene environment enhances the experience. However, while the overall ambiance is fantastic, the tree floors could benefit from some attention to improve their condition and add to the venue's charm and functionality.

It’s was a great trip. Hotel employees were so helpful. And it’s was excellent. Room was clean. Once we reached here reception guy was so good and he helped me lot of things. Hotel is really beautiful and they have so many old and authentic pots.

Wonderful staff, who go above and beyond to provide a very personalized attention to the guests! The hotel is brand new. Luxurious and at the same tome, cozy and quaint. Beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for couples who want a more peaceful experience, while still benefiting from being close to the city. It’s up a hill just outside the famous Gramado entry gate, with a beautiful view from the breakfast area.

Wonderful staff (Fabiano was awesome). Very good room with a fabulous bath and bed. There is a very good space in the room to carry the bags and enjoy the stay. The location is also good, not far from the city center but also quiet. Wonderful breakfast and view from the lobby.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations. Have never been to a hotel as beautiful as this one. Staff are always welcoming and easy to communicate with for non Portuguese speakers. Food is great, too.

Hotel excepcional. Otimo atendimento (em especial ao Júlio) que nos recebeu muito bem, nos fez se sentir muito bem. Ficamos na Suite Louvre, muito bom e com uma banheira de hidro massagem. O hotel é específico para casais apenas. Fizemos um tour pelos principais quartos do hotel e são maravilhosos. Um otimo café da manhã com uma vista lindíssima. Indico usar o hotel em dia de semana, para evitar o super movimento de Gramado.
