The hotel is nice and inviting good views to mountains and also nice facilities though I would say lacking certain features in rooms I didn't like we where given a wet room bathroom and slippers not suitable for taller person.
The breakfast was very good and big selection I like that they have water facilities at entrance too Moto parking free across the street or high price in hotel parking.
I think location is not great because on edge of city so at least 20minutes walk into the centre.
Views to Alhambra too about 20min by bike upto attraction. So this why we stayed here

The location is great, the service and the facilities good, but the cleanliness wasn't the best, there was a lot of hair and fur everywhere in the bathroom.

The room facilities are very new, free drinking water is provided, there is a paid parking lot of 18 euros/day, and breakfast is also available. The disadvantage is that the bathroom drains very slowly and there is a residual smell in the room after the new decoration

Modern, clean spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and one of the best showers I had in a long time in a hotel: rain head and also shower hose to use in your hand if you dont want to use the rain head. Parking right next to the hotel but pretty narrow. There is also no elevator from the parking to the hotel and you have to walk through the entrance ramp for cars, which I would say was the only little inconvenient part of this hotel. In a very closeby location to the downtown, so you can walk to see all the downtown landmarks.

Beautiful hotel - very good and friendly support in the reception! Most appreciated was the wonderful restaurant in the last-floor (8-floor). Wonderful view around Granada and best service ever in the restaurant having a very tasty lunch (Javier and colleges).

Hotel is located at The Congress Centre so slightly off patch for main Granada Attractions . However this is reflected in the price and it does offer great value. There was a queue at check in but this was managed well and staff were delightful- so helpful and friendly. This is a big hotel and does have a corporate feel. The bedrooms are now a little dated but my room had been repainted and was freshened. I had a suite which was enormous!- separate lounge in addition to seating area in bedroom- seating are in bedroom was in a circular floor to ceiling glazed area which was fab ! The lounge had a sofa bed and so this room would be ideal for families. Breakfast was good. Wide selection of things to suit everyone. A good start to the day. The roof top bar - open from 4pm- was brilliant. Amazing views. Again, delightful staff - who were very busy but remained professional and efficient. It does get very busy up there as non residents of hotel are also allowed in. My previous experience of Ohtels was in La Linea which was not particularly good. This hotel is managed very proficiently and has delightful staff.
