This is a shady store. I made a reservation more than a month in advance and the payment will be deducted on February 10th. Checked in right away on the 17th and told me I had to check in before 19:00. No room key will be left and no refund will be given. Grab and seize clearly! Be sure to avoid it.

Booked this on price alone not knowing a lot about Granada.Apart from the lack of parking in the centre this is a fantastic little place.Drove into the city only to find this place but unable to park anywhere so drove out a little way parked the car and got a taxi €7.Guy on reception came down let us in and gave us a wonderful chat on where to go for the best tapas,breakfast etc etc.Room lovely and clean with communal showers and bathrooms.Walk out the front door bars a plenty and a short walk and you are looking at the Alhambra palace.Great city, vibrant,friendly,great food definitely worth a visit.

This pension is directly across the street from Plaza Nueva, walking distance from anything you would want to do in the area. We had the corner room with private bath. Excellent view of the plaza and relatively well-insulated from the noise. Pedro, the new owner, was on site every day. He’s very engaging and is a font of information about things to do there. We purchased tickets to a wonderful flamenco show through him. When he heard we are considering moving to the Realejo neighborhood, he even provided us with a walking tour of the barrio. A well-run pension in the heart of Granada.

We checked into the family room at this pension for a short two night stay. Though the room was very clean, I was initially slightly disappointed because the room was a bit basic and dated and then I discovered the shower only had cold water too. However, despite this we quickly changed our minds and came to love it. First, The weather was hot enough that a cold shower was actually refreshing! Secondly, we booked it without realizing how perfect the location was. It was truly ideal for exploring Granada. And thirdly, and most of all, Pedro, who was running the place was so, so kind, helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond helping us secure tickets for the Alhambra even though it was sold out. He gave us numerous great, detailed recommendations and even gave my wife a lovely book when we left. He was very friendly to my 7 year old son and because of his general awesomeness I would highly recommend a stay here.

A very nice place, comfortable, clean, air conditioning, towels, hairdryer... close to the Alhambra, the city center is right there, with its tapas bars... everything nearby, Pedro is very friendly, you will like it

The photo on the internet is enticing but misleading; our room is tiny with a sink on the side of the bed, 3 hangers on a rack in the wall, and the opening onto the street is inconvenient. A series of rooms (10) on a landing which serves as an entrance, a room equipped with 3 "smelling" toilets, showers of very limited dimensions. A telephone reception (very friendly) but no real presence. In short, rather expensive even for a Spartan place. And above all expensive parking when it is available - absolutely book in advance if necessary.
