We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. The hotel is easy to find, the room is large, very clean and hygienic, and there is a very inspirational sticker in the bathroom, which is good. The carpet of this hotel is newly replaced, the room is also very quiet, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Because I traveled with my children, I changed the room and took my children's slippers and toothbrushes. It was very attentive service. The front desk can also draw blind boxes, and the children like to play. The breakfast tastes good, and I also took a few oranges back to the room for my child. I met a robot in the elevator. My daughter was curious. Overall, it is very good, with good facilities, good environment, and better service. I highly recommend it

The business room bed room, the room is very spacious, large, and the layout is reasonable, the business is warm, the hotel service is really good, the front desk sent a breakfast coupon, the breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is good, the gym downstairs is particularly large, you can also use it for free, the supermarket shopping malls around the hotel are particularly full of dining, Satisfied in all aspects, perfect!

This was a wonderful hotel. Although it is not as close to the airport as it is listed, it still is very nice for its price. good service and nice bed.

I have been there many times. The room is very good. It is very big. It is very comfortable for two people to live in. The cleaning is also very timely. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I hope that we can be upgraded to a free room type next time. Hahahaha

It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits.
