公寓寫字樓開的賓館，一層樓隔的兩層房間，房間看起來挺寬，就是房間層高有點低，煙灰缸沒清理乾淨，馬桶有點伸展不開，進房間必須經過吧枱，其他還好，房間空調沒找到開關，老闆娘處理及時！

房間還挺不錯的。很乾凈、整個樓道也非常乾淨。老闆人也很好。有求必應。位置很不錯、樓下就是很大的商場、吃喝玩樂全部都有！不錯不錯！性價比很高！

首先，衞生程度超出我的預期，真的非常乾淨，一塵不染。而且沒有異味。真的是超乎我的想象。睡得非常的安穩。床墊也很棒。很舒服，飽飽的，美美的睡了一覺。老闆的服務也不錯。找不到地方，他可以下樓來迎接。廣德這個地方很奇怪，住宿的費用很高。找了好久才找到這一家，性價比高！
