"I chose Guangde for a weekend trip, specifically to experience the highly-rated 'Guangde Three-Piece Set'. After a long search, I decided to stay at the Guangde New Century Hotel, which has consistently good reviews. However, there was a minor hiccup on the night I checked in: the room felt quite stuffy and hot, likely due to the changing seasons. I called the front desk, and they explained that the central air conditioning couldn't be switched to cooling mode at the moment. While I understand the hotel's operational logic, being someone who's sensitive to heat, I didn't get much rest that night and felt quite tired the next day. When checking out, a young man with glasses (I forgot his name) proactively asked about my stay. When I mentioned the heat in the room, he didn't just give a cold, perfunctory response. Instead, he apologized very sincerely and kindly, showing genuine empathy, which immediately diffused any frustration I had. He also noticed I had my little ones with me and gave them two packs of peach crisps. It was a very heartwarming gesture. As a parent, these small acts of consideration for children really hit home. Overall, everything was great. But if the central air conditioning can't provide cooling or heating due to seasonal changes, leading to a poor guest experience, that's really not worth it. I suggest the hotel invest in more fans, portable air conditioners, and other solutions. If I come back to Guangde, I'd most likely stay at New Century Grand Hotel again because, apart from the AC issue, everything else would get a perfect score."

"Self-driving tour to Guangde to experience the ”three-piece suite”, chose this hotel, the main building has 17 floors (the building on the side is being renovated), we live on the 16th floor, the view is good, the room should be refurbished, the floor is very new, the room is very clean, the smart toilet is very easy to use, the buffet breakfast dishes are rich, It is very close to Confucius Temple Pedestrian Street, Yingchun Street and Pan'an Street. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The only downside is that two elevators are under maintenance and the waiting time for the elevator is long."

"Facilities: Yes Hygiene: good This stay experience far exceeded expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the warmth of being at home. The front desk staff smiled kindly, the check-in was efficient and fast, and also took the initiative to upgrade the room type, which was very intimate. The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and the night is good. The most pleasant surprise is the view of the room, and you can see the beautiful city night view/garden view by pushing the window. Health is also impeccable, and the corners are cleaned spotlessly."

"This is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in! The room has good lighting and a wide view. You can see the beautiful street view when you open the curtains. The sanitary conditions are impeccable, the sheets and quilts are white and flawless, and the floor is polished. The service is nothing to say, the room service responds quickly and any needs can be solved quickly. The hotel also has a laundry room and gym, which is too convenient for long-term guests. Breakfast has everything in Chinese and Western dishes, and the ingredients are fresh. The staff was also warm to send goodbye when leaving the store. It was really warm and must be five-star praise!"
