After comparing the official website and Ctrip, I think Ctrip booking is done in seconds. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the room is very clean. The only thing to complain about is that the front desk is on the top floor instead of the first floor. We arrived at around 9pm, and there was no staff downstairs to help with luggage... The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. Go downstairs and turn the corner to the church square, where there are many delicious foods. Find an open-air location in the evening, it is very photogenic.

Waiting 1 hour to confirm the reservation, and he told me that I have not paid when I check out, not flexible.

While the hotel was very clean there was this smell of cheap toilet airspray everywhere. The employees where kind and the meal service was very good. The room was ok. But the bathroom didn't even had an air extractor. Overall all i can say is that is overpriced.

Overall the hotel experience was pleasant. Sometimes, it was difficult to explain to hotel staff what we needed but overall, a nice property. The location is a little further out of the city.

They were very kind and the accommodation was clean. The airport pick-up service was also safely accessible and is about a minute's drive away. The place where the accommodation was located was surrounded by barbed wire, and the guard was guarding the entrance, so I felt safe. Also, the breakfast was great, and lastly, the kind owner gave me a ride to the airport. Room is really big, like a apartment it has everything. Location is really convenient. Big shopping center below you can find everything you need.

My only regret is that I didn’t have time to use the pool was a short overnight stay in Guatemala City. Hotel is located in zone 10 the gentrified/safe district of the city. I was given a massive suite with two bed rooms.
