The location is very good, right next to Rong Lake, with beautiful scenery around, suitable for walking.
The decoration facilities are also very good, very clean and tidy, and are all standards for living in your own home.
The only small suggestion is that the bed in the living room is too hard, it feels like lying on the ground, even if there is a thin mattress.

The landlord is very nice. The house is conveniently located, within walking distance of the main Guilin scenic spots, 2 minutes to Gunanmen, 10 minutes to Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas/Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street, and 15 minutes to East and West Lane/Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area. Nearby delicacies include Xin Guo Ji Oil Tea / A Gan Restaurant / Tian Yuan Rice Noodles and other old Guilin shops. It is 10 minutes away from Lequn Vegetable Market. The building + corridor + room are very clean. The microwave oven + refrigerator + direct drinking water machine + air conditioner + washing machine are all new. The family members are very satisfied and it is a great stay experience.

I seldom stay in B&Bs, but I have stayed here with my elders and children. It is the cleanest, most comfortable and great room. The room is newly decorated and smart. The landlord provides excellent service, and there is also an instant hot water dispenser. In a word, I highly recommend it!
