First, when I booked a room on Ctrip, it showed that the hotel could upgrade my room type for free based on the check-in situation ( It’s one of my perks on Ctrip). I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that I had booked the best room. Well... people are good at deceiving people. I don’t know what level I booked myself? Anyway, I didn't say anything at the time and nodded, but I wasn't satisfied with telling lies, and the customer wasn't stupid either. In addition, I specially booked breakfast, but I went to the front desk and told me that the chefs and other people had to take a break after the National Day peak period, so breakfast had to be selected that night and I had to tell the hotel what time to eat it. Then I looked for the hotel's phone number online and used my own. I dialed the front desk number with my mobile phone. It was my own phone. The front desk said that she couldn't leave alone, so they arranged for a colleague to come up. The young man came up to see me and asked me to change my room. Later, the room was changed and it was a new one. The smell of the room was much smaller, but when I was about to go to bed, I found a big bed bug on the curtain. Alas... to be honest, I was not in a good mood at first, and I was very disgusted when I encountered all kinds of unsatisfactory hotel stays. , I am a very demanding person when it comes to accommodation. 雖然是剛開業不久的酒店，但是房間很舒適， 沒有異味！ 比較好感的是洗漱用品的準備！牙膏牙刷品質都不錯，淋浴間的設計也很不錯！有音樂，熱水特別舒服，還有智能馬桶也很好！！ 個人覺得絕不遜色於星級酒店！智能系統很方便， 懶人必備了~並且床挺舒服的!出來旅遊都會或多或少有點不適應床墊啥的，但我和朋友都覺得床，枕頭都挺舒服，軟硬適中休息得很不錯~ 酒店周圍還有幾家飯館喔！還挺好吃的！最重要的是酒店附近很安靜，特別適合累了一天好好休息！

我必須要讚一讚這個酒店，從踏入酒店大堂開始，每一位工作人員的微笑和問候都讓我倍感温暖。前台辦理入住高效專業，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊訊息。遇到問題時（如行李搬運、周邊景點諮詢等），工作人員耐心解答並快速解決，真正做到了“賓至如歸”。入住時前台注意到我們帶了孩子，主動提供小童拖鞋，發現我生日，退房時還特意贈送了生日禮物祝福我，太感動了🥹在這裏服務不是流程，是真心實意的關懷，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務，酒店都展現了高標準的待客之道。推薦給注重服務細節的朋友，期待下次再見[愛心]
