The location was very good , hotel staff was really helpful and respected everyone , i complained about the room not having a vault but the front desk offered me thier own reception vault if i wanted to leave anything safe when i get out , they even gifted us when we checked out , cant think of anything bad.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything well-maintained. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the mountains right from the room—it really made the experience extra special.
The location is excellent, close to many of the main attractions in Guilin, which made sightseeing very convenient. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with a nice variety of options to start the day.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel right at home.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for anyone visiting Guilin. Great views, great service, and a great location—I would definitely stay here again!

房間床型大，乾淨衞生，服務不錯。有親子樂園，下午酒店還組織有做香襄，漆扇活動，外面太陽太大的時候，在酒店做做手工挺好的，無邊泳池可帶孩子戲水、照相打卡。整個酒店員工都挺熱情，早餐豐富。家庭，朋友出遊首選。

房間景色很好，來的時候比較早雙床沒有打掃好，看我們帶了小孩前台小姐姐就給升級的親子房。小朋友進房後樂瘋了，有木馬小帳篷。空間大能有活動的空間，床也睡的很舒服～早上起來帶小朋友去吃了早餐，樓上還有波波池那些玩，要不是趕時間，還想再住兩天！
下次再來桂林還會住這，找前台小哥哥拿東西問詢也很用心。服務太好了🥹

酒店位置方便，可步行前往象鼻山景區。衞生乾淨，房間寬敞，乾濕分離。酒店九層無邊泳池很漂亮，拍照出片，雖然淺些也可以游泳。服務周到，盡力滿足住客需求。額外還可以體驗非遺漆扇和香包製作。推薦入住。
